Sixth graders at Yamanouchi Minami Elementary School continued their project as the Yukishiro-Mai Investigation Team, aiming to share the appeal of their local brand rice, Yukishiro-Mai, with more people. Building on their work from the previous year, they expanded their efforts through research, experiments, product development, and promotional activities, culminating in the actual sale of their rice-based products.
