Takayama Municipal Shokawa Junior High School (2nd grade)

While ESD and SDGs efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic could not be done as we would have liked, we were able to do different activities with ease. We made enthusiastic efforts in plays, the lion dance, the hat dance, making picture books, cultivate water buttercup, and so on. The idea of having the children conscious of ESD and SDGs and linking that to their own activities was a big step forward. We took great pride in doing activities that should be done in Shokawa and that could be done precisely because we were in Shokawa.
